Place of Birth - Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire - NOT Australia or New Zealand!

Significant others – Husband Jase and daughters Indi and Diaz.

Height - 5 feet 3 and a half glorious inches!!

Schools - Winhills Junior School, Ernulf Secondary School, Longsands Secondary School, all in St Neots, and then Bedford Mander College for my A level in Communications.

Other jobs - Whilst at school I did a paper round, worked in a bakery and waited on people in a pub in St Neots. Never again!

Career history - Started on a YTS scheme in 1988 at Chiltern Radio in Bedford. Stayed 4 and a half years and trained myself in the studio. Became a presenter in 1992 after a few months doing a show at Community Radio Milton Keynes. Did various shows at Galaxy Radio in Bristol, The Chiltern Radio Network, Galaxy 101, Plymouth Sound, Metro FM, Hallam FM, Juice 107.2, Power FM, Kerrang! Radio and Heart.

Stuff outside work - More work (!), gigs, festivals, and updating websites!!

Dream holiday destination - New York, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand! It’s usually Cornwall though!

Favourite bands – Slipknot, Longview, Lost Prophets, Muse, Delays, Feeder, Foo Fighters, La Roux, Florence and the Machine, Adam and the Ants, Editors, Gundogs, Metallica, Placebo, Kasabian, My Chemical Romance and Nirvana.

Favourite food and drink - Roast dinner and champers or spaghetti bolognese and red wine!

Highlights of my career so far - Burping with the Foo Fighters. Dave and Taylor are quite windy! The Emma Scott Presents gig series made me very proud.  Hard work, but worth it! 

Ambitions for the future – Finish my autobiography, put on more gigs, lecture all over the UK, start my own “Radio School” and be happy!
